What is 'Behavioral DNA', and is it Kolbe?+

No. Behavioral DNA is our own assessment, built in-house. It's a 16-question forced-choice test that maps how someone instinctively works across four dimensions, then aligns that with the working DNA of the specific team they'd be joining. No licensing, no third-party score, no Kolbe / DISC / MBTI involvement.

How does the AI actually rank candidates?+

Every candidate receives a Fit Score that blends Skill (50%), Behavior (30%), and Experience (20%). Each component is calculated transparently, so you can see precisely why a 91 is a 91. Our language engine then composes the plain-English narrative, including why a candidate clicks (or doesn't) with the specific team they'd be joining.
